ISHITA TIBREWAL

Ishita Tibrewal serves as Director of Marketing & Sponsorship Analytics at the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), where she leads data strategy, membership growth, and sponsorship analytics to support NACDA and the McLendon Foundation. Much of her work focuses on advancing McLendon programs, including scholarships, fellowships, and The McLendon Experience that prepare the next generation of leaders in sports.

She previously worked with Minor League Baseball and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where she combined marketing, event management, and data analytics to drive fan engagement and sponsorship growth. Ishita earned her MBA/MS in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Mount Holyoke College, where she captained the varsity tennis team.

Passionate about uplifting young people and expanding access to opportunities, she is honored to serve on the Cleveland Angels YP Board to help ensure foster youth feel supported, connected, and empowered to thrive.
