Kyra Mymo

Likes: Cats, music, coffee, being with family, and candles
Dislikes: Tea, not being organized, wind, and sports

Kyra was born in the Akron area, but was raised in Warren, Ohio. After graduating high school, Kyra became a college student at Kent State University. Kyra started her college journey as a Nursing major. While in that major, Kyra realized she wanted to work with children but not in the medical field.

One of Kyra’s roommates and friends was in Human Development and Family Studies and she fell in love with the program. She soon switched her major to Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Youth Development. Kyra will graduate from Kent State University in May of 2022. Kyra found Cleveland Angels through Heather, a current Case Manager who started as an intern while studying at Kent, and thought the organization sounded perfect for her.
