Cleveland Angels is building a community of support that is literally changing the way children, youth, and families experience foster care. Passionate donors, volunteers, mentors, partners, and advocates across Greater Cleveland are stepping up to wrap radical relational support around our foster care community -- support that will change the stats surrounding foster care.

​We currently have 28 families and 15 youth on our waitlist who are seeking that radical relational support.

So many caregivers feel overwhelmed and unsupported, which leads to many homes closing the door to fostering.

But we believe it doesn’t have to be this way.

We believe that CONSISTENCY can help children, youth, and families experience foster care differently. When families receive support on a consistent, reliable basis, they feel more equipped to continue the hard work of fostering.

RESEARCH SHOWS THAT OUR PROGRAMS ​ARE COMBATTING THE STATISTICS

​National Angels partnered with the University of Texas at Austin, Texas Institute for Child & Family Wellbeing (TXICFW)
​ to conduct an outcome evaluation on our programming. After years of receiving anecdotal feedback attesting to the effectiveness of our programs, we are excited to have evidence and insights of the impact our work has had on the well-being, transformation, and outcomes of the children, youth, caregivers, and volunteers who have participated in our programs over the years.

Using a net promoter score, caregivers were asked how likely they were to recommend Angels programs to another family caring for children/youth in foster care, with 0 being "not likely at all" and 10 being "extremely likely."

The Love Box® Program
