She earned a B.A. in Biology at Ursuline College in Pepper Pike. Shortly after graduation, Traci took an opportunity to join Bank of America (then MBNA) where she has held various leadership roles in the credit industry over the last 23 years. Traci married her husband Jon in 2013 and they have four children ranging from 5-23 years old! The entire family acts as personal advocates for individuals on the Autism Spectrum as her youngest son was diagnosed at 2 and the learning process never stops. She has a passion to continue to develop herself professionally while finding ways to become more involved with the community. Traci currently acts as Co-Chair of the Bank of America LEAD (Leadership, Education, Advocacy, and Development) for Women Chapter in Ohio and represents as part of the Bank of America Charitable Community Volunteers. In addition to this, she is an active member in DAN (Disability Advocacy Network), LGBTQ+ Pride Ohio and supports military and environment group initiatives. Traci realizes the importance of intentional support to those giving their time and space to the children in our Foster Community. She works directly with the Cleveland Angels to provide immediate needs to newly transitioned families and enjoys getting others involved in the excitement of purposeful giving. |
