After law school, Wendy served as Assistant City Attorney for the Columbus City Attorney’s Office, focusing on civil litigation in municipal, state, and federal courts. In 2013, Wendy and Frank returned to Cleveland and Wendy began a new and challenging career with Deloitte, procuring best-in-class technologies for Deloitte’s international network of firms. Currently, Wendy is the Director of Global IT Sourcing at Avery Dennison Corporation where she manages a global team of IT sourcing and vendor management professionals. Wendy is passionate about supporting children and their access to education. During undergrad, she participated in a Big Brothers/Big Sisters program where she taught English to high school students who immigrated to Ohio from Latin America. Through this experience, Wendy saw how smart, capable children can get left behind by the system even when they have the ability and desire to succeed. As a member of Cleveland Angels’ Board of Directors, Wendy is excited to expand the organization’s positive impact on foster children and foster families in northeast Ohio. |
