She grew up as an Air Force child and spent most of her young life living abroad in Europe. Although she was born Puerto Rican, she spent most of her childhood in southern Spain and considers herself just as much a Spaniard. Beira graduated with a double major in International Business and Marketing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She spent most of her career in Corporate event planning, where she helped create experiences and bring companies' visions to life nationally and Internationally. Sourcing locations, managing vendors, client communications, negotiating contracts, and managing the budget. Beira put her event planner hat down in 2020 when the world shut down and pivoted to a Role in Marketing Operations in the Tech Industry. She works for Red Hat as the Global Partner Marketing Manager with AWS, Microsoft, and Google. Beira moved to the Cleveland area in 2019 and has not looked back. During summer, she LOVES boating in Lake Erie and spending as much time on the water as possible. While at home, she loves spending time with her husband, Dennis, and two miniature dachshunds, Colada and Paloma. Beira has always been passionate about helping underprivileged communities and is proud to help serve the foster family community through her work with Cleveland Angles. |
