Jocelyn Maldonado is a Cleveland native who grew up in Northeast Ohio and split her time between Cleveland and New York City. She is the oldest of five siblings, an experience that helped shape her strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and commitment to family and community.
Jocelyn attended Cleveland State University, where she studied Psychology - building a foundation for a career rooted in understanding people, systems, and how to create meaningful outcomes. She went on to build her career in financial operations and currently serves as a Director at Wellspring Family Office, where she focuses on building scalable operational infrastructure, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting the long-term growth of the firm and its clients.
She resides in Olmsted Falls with her fiancé and their dog, Nova. Outside of work, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling.
Jocelyn joined Cleveland Angels because she wanted to dedicate her time, energy, and resources to supporting children and families experiencing foster care. She believes strongly in showing up for her community and helping create stability, opportunity, and support systems for those who need it most.
