Julie is a former litigation attorney who brings an extensive background in independent school leadership, with expertise in admissions, enrollment management, communications, and strategic planning. Throughout her career, she has been committed to supporting opportunities for children to thrive, particularly through education. She serves on Ruffing Montessori School’s Board of Trustees and is honored to bring her background in mission-focused strategic growth and organizational leadership to Cleveland Angels.

Julie is passionate about Cleveland Angels’ mission to provide support to children, youth, and families in foster care through meaningful mentorship, consistency, and encouragement. She is grateful for the opportunity to contribute her time and talents to help Cleveland Angels grow strategically, while building the consistent relationships and financial sustainability needed to support its important work for years to come.

Julie graduated from Miami University and earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law, where she met her husband, Chris. After practicing law in Atlanta, they moved to Cleveland, where they raised their two children. Outside of work and community involvement, Julie is the proud owner of a sweet (and mischievous) Goldendoodle, and she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and playing tennis.
