Kate built her career in corporate communications, holding positions at McDonald Investments and KeyCorp — experience that honed her skills in strategic messaging, organizational leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Today, Kate channels that same energy into her family and community. She is the proud mother of four children — Will, Keegan, Cole, and Genevieve — and remains a steady, loving presence in the lives of two young boys she and her husband Bill previously fostered. It is this personal experience with vulnerable youth that makes Cleveland Angels' mission especially close to her heart.

Kate has long been a committed advocate for children and families in need. At Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, she volunteered weekly on the oncology floor, working with the patients through music and art. She has also been deeply involved at Lakewood Catholic Academy, where she volunteered weekly and spearheaded the transition of the school's food program.

Outside of family and service, Kate loves to cook, boat, play tennis, attempt golf, and above all, spend time with her family and close friends.

Kate and her husband Bill have been married for 25 years and love calling Lakewood home.
