When entering college, I looked into every avenue from being an early childhood educator to a pediatric nurse. This finally led me to joining my major of Human Development and Family Science with a concentration in child and youth development. I am currently a Kent State University student graduating in August of 2024. As of May, I have moved to Cleveland to start my internship journey with Cleveland Angels! I was drawn to work with Cleveland's Angels as they strive to provide encompassing care to families in the foster care community. I am passionate about helping families build on strengths and creating a safe and healthy environment for youth and their families to thrive! My experiences as a preschool teacher, mentor, and child and youth care professional have driven me to work in the nonprofit sector to help my community and its families flourish. |
