CHLOE STRATTON
Advocate, Ally, Sister, Daughter, Friend
Likes: Coffee, being outdoors, simplicity, and optimism. Dislikes: Waking up early, pessimism, and competitiveness Chloe's drive to work with individuals and families in the foster care community stemmed from her involvement as a youth mentor. She quickly understood the extensive need of community support for a child's overall development and well-being, especially children experiencing trauma and change. After learning about the many injustices children she worked with experienced, she felt a pull to take her involvement a step further and become a child advocate for children in her community. Chloe's experiences have led her to a passion for raising awareness about child advocacy, and the importance of being a 'familiar face.' Chloe graduated from Kent State University in 2022, where she studied Human Development and Family Studies and minored in Non-profit Studies. Throughout college, she spent time volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and was a Court Appointed Special Advocate. Chloe feels as though every path she took led her to Cleveland Angels, and she is so grateful to work with such an incredible group. |
