- Fairhill Partners Kinship Village
- Kinship House is a nine-unit apartment building designated especially for kinship families (older adult relatives, usually grandparents, raising children) and older adult volunteers. It is part of Kinship Village, a planned community which promotes successful aging for all and offers a supportive environment for kinship caregivers. In addition to the apartments, Kinship Village includes several townhouses.
