Ruth supports our Case Management team in administration, volunteer recruitment/management and activity planning to enable them to focus on building relationships with our families.

She is also responsible for developing and nurturing partnerships with businesses, organizations and individuals to donate time, treasure and talent to the families, children and young people in our community.

Ruth has over 16 years international experience in consumer insight, market research and project management on the agency and client side. An English transplant, she has also lived and worked in Switzerland and California. It was in California where Ruth first became involved in the non-profit world, volunteering with Homeboy Industries and Back On My Feet. Since moving to Cleveland in 2017 she has helped out at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland. These experiences gave her the enthusiasm and commitment to seek a role in such an organization.
 
Ruth comes from a sport obsessed family where soccer, football, tennis, wrestling, running and yoga are all represented in not so equal measures! Max & Rocco, 2 rescue pups, complete the household.
