Cynthia is a social epidemiologist at Highmark Health with experience in monitoring, evaluation, data analytics, and data visualization across academic, non-profit, government and industry sectors. She received her B.S. in public health from Simmons College and her M.P.H. in epidemiology and biostatistics from Boston University School of Public Health.
Cynthia excels at transforming complex data into actionable insights to enhance population health outcomes. She is deeply committed to health equity and focuses on implementing programs and interventions that address social determinants of health, aiming to support underserved communities. Her dedication to public health has earned her publications and the Public Health Citizen Award and The Quiet Leader in Passion Award from Simmons College.
